Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
We ship our products within Germany and to selected EU countries. Your order will be shipped with DHL, DPD, or UPS. After payment is received, your order will be processed within 24 hours and handed over to the shipping provider.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
To initiate a return, please contact us at office@blitz-charge.com. Returns must be sent to the specified address. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
You have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. As an EU citizen, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have any questions, please contact us at office@blitz-charge.com.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@blitz-charge.com. For exchanges, returning your received items is the fastest way to get your desired item. After your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
Questions about the BlitzCharge Pro
You can charge one device wirelessly (magnetically) and a second device simultaneously through the USB-C port.
Yes, the BlitzCharge Pro attaches magnetically through most phone cases. However, with very thick cases (over 3mm), the magnetic strength may be reduced.
The LED lights show the current battery level of the power bank. Each illuminated LED represents approximately 25% of battery charge.
No, you can charge the BlitzCharge Pro with any standard USB-C charger. A USB-to-USB-C cable is already included in the package.
